Start with the daily basics.
These are the routines and expectations that help each day run smoothly for children, parents, and caregivers.
What to bring
Diapers, extra clothes, morning snack, water bottle, fitted crib sheet, and weather-appropriate outerwear.
Drop-off & pickup
Quick, warm handoffs help children settle and keep the group routine moving smoothly.
Lillio
Used for updates, messages, meals, naps, diapers, photos, announcements, invoices, and payments.
Backup care
Families need backup care for sick days, provider illness, holidays, PTO, and emergency closures.
Pack the essentials.
Keeping a complete set of supplies at daycare makes daily care easier and helps us respond quickly to spills, weather changes, diaper needs, and nap routines.

Breakfast is served no later than 9:00 AM. If your child arrives after 9:00 AM, please make sure they have already eaten breakfast.

Quick handoffs make smoother days.
Long emotional exits can make drop-off harder. The best routine is warm, confident, quick, and consistent.
- Say goodbye clearly and calmly
- Reassure your child that you will return
- Children over 12 months should arrive dressed and ready
- Keep drop-off to about five minutes when possible
- Notify us if pickup timing changes
Lillio keeps the day visible.

Children should stay home or be picked up when they have symptoms that make group care unsafe or uncomfortable.
- Fever of 101°F or higher
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Unexplained rash
- Contagious symptoms or illness
- Lice, until treated according to policy
Return timing
Children may return 24 hours after symptoms have subsided, consistent with our handbook policy.
